Expedition
Processing times
We process orders as quickly as possible.
The products available in stock are generally dispatched on the same day for any order confirmed before 3pm.
Some items (custom products, specific manufacturing or temporary shortages) may require additional time.
If your order is urgent, please contact us: we will offer you the quickest solution.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the selected mode of transport.
The exact amount is displayed directly in your basket before confirming the order.
We recommend that you check the accuracy of your delivery information (particularly the postcode) to avoid any delays.
Returns
Standard products (non-defective)
You have a period of 7 days after receipt to request a return.
Conditions :
- New, unused products
- Unpersonalised
- Original packaging intact
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned products are checked before the refund is approved.
⚠️ Some specific or non-standard stock items may not be eligible for return, or may incur restocking fees.
Defective products
If there is a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos or videos if possible
We will quickly analyse the situation and propose to you:
👉 a replacement
👉 a repair
👉 or a refund / credit note
If necessary, we will arrange for the return of the product via our carrier.
Damaged products upon delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos upon receipt
- Contact us quickly
We will implement a suitable solution (replacement or spare parts).
⚠️ Any claims related to transport must be reported within 14 days after dispatch.
Warranty & Technical Support
Care
Our equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty.
In case of problem:
- Remote diagnosis by our support
- Implementation of a workshop feedback if necessary
Specific conditions (e.g. card printers)
Some conditions may apply depending on the manufacturers:
- Declaration of defect within 30 days
- Limited use (e.g. number of prints)
Common exclusions
The warranty generally does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- A misuse
- Consumables or wear parts
